Linear Bottle Unscramblers

UNSCRAMBLER the manual feeding/loading of boles and inefficiencies associated with it. It’s ve test change over design allows a wide range of containers to be handled quickly and efficiently. The only bon are dumped into the hopper and it transported to the rotang Disc through Escalator/Elevator (Belt Direconal lever or Canlever is provided for keeping the boles in single Row (Horizontally) in the Rotang Dac designed as per shape and size of bottles. 

These boles in single horizontal row then come onto the main machine which is controled by different types/size of beita) in the direcons i.e. bole neck leading or trailing. A special mechan Centaon device (Controlled Pneumacally) in the main machine ensures that all the bos are led in the same direcon/uni-direcon Le its changes the horizontal posion in both the direcons to Norontal poison in single direcon. These boles then tum by 90 degree get upright (Changes form Horizontal vercal paon) with the movement/different speeds of belts. These boles are then le on slat chain conveyor by these belts in up-night/vercal posion. This conveyor is aached to the conveyor of Rinsing/Filling machine. A conveyor with blower (Oponal, can be used in case of boles with inbuilt neck and also for fast feeding.
